FOOD + DRINK   Exec. Chef Chris Bauer of Eddie V's presents a variety of Gulf and East Coast oysters prepared in nearly every way imaginable - on the half shell, grilled, roasted, fried, in gumbo and more!  Creole BBQ shrimp, shrimp po'boys, gruyere fritters and pommes frites compliment the beautiful bivalves.  Bloody Mary Bars featuring Bloody Revolution, mineral water by Topo Chico, specialty cocktails by Deep Eddy, premium wines,  and a selection of beers including Blue Point Brewing's Toasted Lager to round out the extensive beverage menu.

$100 VIP Admission  includes entrance fee, live entertainment, 7 festival vouchers, access to VIP oyster tastings by talented local chefs including Chef Ben Nathen of Cafe Blue, Chef Russel Dougherty of The Little Darlin', Chef Micheal Paley of Central Standard, Chef Drew Dunstun of Nightcap, and Chef Shane Stark of Mongers Market + Kitchen.,  , VIP Deep Eddy Vodka craft bar, perk-filled VIP lounge, and automatic entry into a choice of the prize raffles.  Additional vouchers may be purchased inside the festival.


$45 General Admission  includes entrance fee, live entertainment and 5 festival vouchers .  Additional vouchers may be purchased inside the festival.  


No fee for children under 12 years of age.  You may share your food vouchers with them and purchase more once inside ($5 each).​​

Due to the nature of the event and the pre-ordering of fresh seafood, tickets are non-refundable but are transferable. 


 Austin Oyster Festival is a proud participant in Texas A&M Corpus Christi's "Sink Your Shucks" Oyster Recycling Program.
