Chef Chris Bauer of Eddie V's presents a variety of Gulf and East Coast oysters prepared in nearly every way imaginable - on the half shell, grilled, roasted, fried, in gumbo and more! Creole BBQ shrimp, shrimp po'boys, gruyere fritters and pommes frites compliment the beautiful bivalves. A Bloody Mary Bar, mineral water by Topo Chico, specialty cocktails, premium wines, local water by Texas Music Water and a selection of beers round out the extensive beverage menu. VIEW MENU
MUSIC Listen to the live sounds of Americana, Bluegrass and Cajun all day long from local bands including The Bottom Dollar String band, Chansons et Soûlards, and The Showmen Bluegrass Extraordinaire.

$90 VIP Admission includes entrance fee, live entertainment, 6 festival vouchers, access to 4 private oyster tastings with drink tastings by talented local chefs, perk-filled VIP lounge, and automatic entry into a choice of the prize raffles. Additional vouchers may be purchased inside the festival.
$50 General Admission includes entrance fee, live entertainment and 5 festival vouchers . Additional vouchers may be purchased inside the festival.
No fee for children under 12 years of age. You may share your food vouchers with them and purchase more once inside ($5 each).
